Ferran Mallol represented our firm at Disruption Days 2024 in Chicago, an event organized by 4S Real Estate that focused on the reconversion of spaces and its impact on our cities.

This two-day event took place at the offices of Perkins and Will, offering a platform for architects and real estate leaders from Latin America to discuss this key strategy in urban revitalization from a market, planning and design methodology perspective.

During his participation, Ferrán presented our project, Mallol Design House, as an outstanding example of Adaptive Reuse and received the award for the Best Architectural Project for the Reconversion of Spaces.

We are excited to receive this distinction and look forward to continuing to drive positive transformation of the built environment.
