Ferrán Mallol continues to bring our vision to international stages. After presenting Mallol Design House and its contribution to revitalizing Calle Uruguay at APAFAM’s Facility Management Congress, he joined ENASEI 2025 in Lima, Peru, on September 17–18.

The event, organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers of Peru, is the country’s premier real estate forum, gathering architects, developers, and industry leaders to explore how innovation, sustainability, and design are redefining the sector. One of its central themes “Product and experience: what really sells today” emphasized that design and user-centered development are now essential to meet evolving expectations.
Ferrán participated in the panel “Design & Value Product: Latin American Real Estate Architecture,” alongside María José Martínez of Mobil Arquitectos and Jorge Duarte of Arkham Projects. He highlighted how thoughtful design goes beyond functionality to generate real value, meaning, and impact.

Drawing from Mallol’s work, he shared how investing in architecture becomes regional leadership when it bridges purpose, aesthetics, and social relevance. Design, he argued, is not decorative but instrumental in creating value, both in financial return and in the enrichment of lived experience. In Latin America, where urban growth and rising expectations demand stronger links between housing, public life, and identity, this role is more relevant than ever.
"Amenities are an extension of the apartment. When well-conceived, they channel social life and build community."
ENASEI 2025 reinforced that the future of real estate in the region depends on innovation, technology, and deeper understanding of demand, while recognizing that true differentiation comes from design that fosters community and responds to human needs.
