The design concept was to create a timeless, universal space that retains its elegance and style. Neutral colors dominate most materials, providing an ideal base for strategic accents of red, the brand’s identifying color. The ground floor features a sales area with a double-height ceiling and a videowall backdrop.
To visually connect all spaces and enhance spatial functionality, an impressive metal staircase was designed alongside a glass walkway that integrates the levels, providing triple-height space, natural light, and stunning views of the waterfront.
For operational areas, an "open space" concept was implemented with minimalist work benches. Glass-walled meeting rooms allow visual connectivity across spaces.
