Located across three levels within the PH Evolution building and spanning over 2,700 m², the project integrates two demanding realities into one coherent architecture: a high-performance workplace and a customer-facing branch.

The ground-floor arrival is defined by a light-filled vertical volume. A luminous cube that draws the city inward and sets an atmosphere of clarity and openness from the first step.

Inside, the branch departs from conventional banking formality: the plan is intentionally open and casual, welcoming clients through a café-style area with simple, practical furniture and iPad-based points of interaction.

A sculptural spiral staircase becomes the project’s spatial hinge, linking the branch to the mezzanine while acting as a centerpiece in itself, crafted in oak, toned wood and white Corian, wrapping around a vegetated core that reinforces well-being and continuity between levels.

An in-house wayfinding and signage system was developed for BANISI to keep the experience legible and consistently aligned with the brand.
Conceived as part of the architecture, the system establishes a clear typographic hierarchy, a controlled palette anchored by BANISI’s signature magenta, and a family of custom pictograms that simplify navigation across the branch, mezzanine, and executive levels.

Across the headquarters, neutral surfaces and warm materials establish a calm baseline, while the brand’s signature magenta appears in controlled gestures that guide orientation and reinforce identity without overwhelming the space.

The result is a headquarters that reads as a visual landmark in its context, not through spectacle, but through coherence: a space where collaboration, technology, and service are embedded into the architecture at every turn.
