The project places the user at the center. Protective canopies create comfort and safety, sheltering from sun and rain, so the experience remains open and effortless throughout the day. A spacious children’s playground anchors the family dimension, while an open-air bar adds a relaxed, tropical counterpoint to the broader plaza atmosphere.

Food is part of the urban script. The gastronomic layer adds tempo and contrast, day-to-night, quick pause to long stay, reinforcing TAF’s ambition: a place where experience feels intentional, and community happens without being forced.
