This design aims to capture the essence of the natural and urban landscape, blending the softness of natural forms with the solidity and functionality of a contemporary structure.
The concept draws from the sea and the silhouette of Morro Dois Irmãos in Rio de Janeiro: a balance between softness and structure. Curved lines shape the tower profile like a sail-fluid, light, and responsive, while a contemporary, efficient core ensures clarity, function, and durability. The result is an architecture that feels calm and precise, rooted in a coastal sensibility without losing its urban character.

From its privileged position, the building frames long views toward Panamá Viejo’s ruins and the skyline, turning the everyday act of coming home into an experience of place.

The development is organized into two towers of 23 levels, creating a measured volumetric rhythm on the waterfront. Residences range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, planned to maximize natural light and panoramic views through large openings and generous glazing, prioritizing comfort, ventilation, and a continuous visual connection to the bay.

FLOOR PLANS

Amenities are conceived as a habitable landscape: spaces that support well-being, community, and everyday rituals. Wellness anchors the experience through a gym and spa environment, yoga, spinning, and even aquatic yoga. Outdoors, the project extends the coastal mood with a beach-style pool and solarium zones, a children’s pool, a 50-meter swimming lane, fire pit and BBQ areas, and both indoor and outdoor play spaces.

Operationally, the development integrates practical infrastructure, supporting a residential ecosystem that is as functional as it is atmospheric. The result is a waterfront home that doesn’t simply face the sea; it is designed from the logic of the coast, blending the softness of nature with the structure of contemporary city living.
