The project’s value begins with this edge condition: a privileged relationship to open green views, paired with the ease of reaching the city’s core and airport without sacrificing the calm of a protected neighborhood.

The architectural concept is rooted to make nature and community the structure of daily life. Bosco is organized across five residential towers, calibrated to maximize panoramic views, natural light, and ventilation, while keeping the landscape present from within the home through generous openings and terraces. The design reinforces vegetation through gardens, arborization, and pedestrian connections that frame the development as a collective habitat.

The narrative draws from timeless Italian elegance, expressed through warm, noble material cues and a composed, understated sense of luxury, where refinement comes from proportion, texture, and atmosphere rather than excess.

Arrival is designed as a layered sequence. At ground level, transparent lobbies and well-resolved operational areas support a smooth daily rhythm, integrating parking, services, and mobility in a way that preserves spatial clarity.

Above, a dedicated amenity realm becomes the social heart of the project: a park-like environment conceived as an oasis, anchored by a natural-style pool and waterfall and complemented by wellness, social, and family-oriented spaces.
Outdoor gathering areas, sport programs, and leisure settings extend community life into the landscape, creating shared moments that feel open, green, and genuinely inhabited.
Developed in phases, Bosco totals 550 apartments with 2-4 bedroom layouts, offering a residential experience where luxury is expressed through high-end design, functionality and a place to live with the city, while remaining grounded in greenery, community, and the quiet scale of the everyday.
